3d printed forming die
Using an ABS plastic 3d printed die set to form a 22 gauge stainless steel blank into an A/C line retaining bracket. 3d print settings: 265c extruder temp, 110c bed temp, 100% infill, 0.2mm layer height, 1mm wall thickness, 1mm top and bottom thickness.

Function testing my pushbutton gear selector. I am using an Arduino UNO and wrote the sketch using the servo library. The small servo is for testing purposes only, I will be using a linear servo when it comes to the full scale setup.

It's a 20 ton press from Harbor Freight.
No springback... how ?
There is a slight amount of springback on the ends but the compound curved section in the middle is solid.
304 ss is forgiving like that
