Transparency Post: I’ve battled depression, self-hate, self-doubt, low self-esteem, and suicidal thoughts for SOO Long. I can’t change where I was born or how I was raised, but I can change how I view Myself and Care for Myself. I tried putting the blame and burden on others when it wasn’t their fault. I had to TRULY begin choosing Me. And No, it’s not easy…but it’s a start. Nothing happens overnight but I know that I am willing to continue to better myself and work on myself. Loving myself throughout it ALL. Forgiving myself for past mistakes and giving myself grace. Allowing God into my Life and surrounding. Realizing I have NO control of anything outside of Myself but I have COMPLETE control of Me. I’m beyond Proud of Myself and the person I’m becoming. Thankful to All that’s helped me along the way. Still Going. Still Growing. Still Making Mistakes. Still Learning. Still…
