Page 326 hypothalamus = Part of the vertebrate brain that is derived from the *forebrain and located on the ventral surface below the *thalamus and the *cerebrum. The hypothalamus regulates a wide variety of physiological process, including maintenance of body temperature, water balance, sleeping and feeding, via both the *autonomic nervous system (which it controls) and the *neuroendocrine system. Its endocrine functions are largely mediated by the *pituitary gland. The pituitary responds to releasing hormones produced by the hypothalamus, which thereby indirectly controls hormone production in other glands.

3D reconstruction??? This isnt even real.
So? When you watch videos about galaxies and the universe, they aren't actual footage that astronauts filmed in space either, they are reconstructions as well. Doesn't mean it's not real. It's just our best way to illustrate such things to date.
@@maximedorion9244 In other words it's a blatant guess, a made up video to demonstrate an imaginary hypothesis which has never been scientifically tested! Virology is the world's leading pseudo-science... utter garbage
You're not real either.

I hope this is a sign that these parodies are coming back nationally. Feel like covid killed them.
Covid started them. No patients and top much time. God I love it when my doctors make music videos 🤢
@@yewtubedislikebutton3056 lol, these absolutely did NOT start with COVID. I've been watching them since I was in preclinical years over 10 years ago and they were already a thing then. The GOAT, nonsequiturify, did hers in 2012 and 2013

Also, mind the visceral hepatic surface during cautery!!
Great lections Dr Poor (PE, volume and sepsis, PH)! Thank you very much!!

excellent ..
This is kind of depressing. They don’t tell you the sort of bleak outlook pre op. I hope I’m an outlier.
nice video
Totally agreed and a decent admirable sentence at the end " Cough is the most annoying symptoms of IPF apart from all other symptoms " And the saddest part of cough in IPF (as I have seen) is that it is almost fail to manage cough even after using multiple drug system.
Very good demo. I think the gallbladder and the common hepatic ducts are wrong on the cholangiogram depiction on 7:16 .
beautifully done🌹🥀🌺🌻🌼🌷
