Okay, I will be the first and definitely not the last to say I am not the most graceful person, but come on guys, this isn't rocket science. Back the damned thing in, float it off and maneuver out. It's very, very simple. Oh, and if you're worried about the front of the tractor lifting, put the bucket back on it, put some weight in it and only raise it to where the top of the bucket is level with the top of the engine. Work smarter, not harder.
Someone has to come up with a way to have misrepresented, crap video's like this be avoided. Maybe a pop up banner in red that says don't waist your time. Post to to You tube comments.

didn't really see anything that pointed to "how not to launch...." - all I see is a boat half way down the ramp and the video ends - no cliffhanger, what was the problem, if any?

I was expecting the tractor with the lift to follow the boat in the water in one stupendous crash. Disappointing.
The dog has a quick inspection at 3:07 and gives the all clear.
That made watching this video worth it.
