This app is absolutely garbage if you spect people to pay you should have and app that works when the free trial ends thats when the crap starts app does connect to car you can’t remote start your car even with the fob key , called to have this resolved and a week later still no fix 😡

I have a 2013 limited and the door will just do a long beep at me. I have pressed the button in the glove box (tried it in and out) and it still does not want to work for me. It is difficult to open in manual mode as well. I can open it all the way and press the button and it get two beeps. It is very frustrating. Any ideas? When I push the button on the back, it unlocks the door, but does not lift it. I have to lift it a few inches and then I can close it and it does the standard locking down the door.

You have to be within 20’ for the app to work. Also, when I turn on car, the lights flash and I can hear the engine but when I’m in the car the car not on (displays are not on).
