Hey Cal....you never said anything about inspections....you went from wiring to drywall....did you get a permit for this? Additionally, where are you located? I would love to have you join my crew in KY!!!! Rather than place s plain 3/4" piece of wood on the threshold, I would have placed on that was equal to the subfloor, and continued my tile over to the wood floor. Suggestion...use a barn door to hide the washer/dryer.

What a beautiful bed. A lot of woodworkers who are picking up the hobby get disheartened by not owning a table saw. You showed them that although the work would be a lot easier. There are other ways to get things done. I respect that. I’m my experience I’ve had a head board split because of wood movement. I had used dominos instead of dowels but the same theory applies. I would suggest what I’ve done to fix that issue. Secure it using dados cut from router. Use dowels on the top plank only and left the middle and bottom plank float freely. But hey, if it works. It works. You might not even experience this. But it’s good to know a work around I guess

Good workmanship, good video quality, and good results. Cannot ask for anything else. I get the impression that you would enjoy working with more hand tools. Have your thought about adding some planes or spoke shaves to your tools in the future. A small lottery win should give you all you need. A good woodworker to check out on what you need would be Rob Cosman on which ones to start out with.

I'm curious if the opposite gran direction of ends caused problems.

Very Nice. For info. I have used the same clamping method that you used, but to allow single pass of the router around the juice groove I just put a tall block under the 2x4 to raise it enough to pass the router! Thanks for sharing.

for the sides (lips) - what size board did you use? are they 2" Thick or did you stack/glue boards?

Thank you for the great instructions you provide. I really enjoy your videos. However, I have a question. How do we weather proof the sides which back up against the back wall. I’m anchoring my shed to the wall of my house. I have a brick veneer house, but the concern would be the same regardless of it being weatherboard or brick veneer. My concern is when it rains directly in that area (back house wall) or when the wind pushes the rain in that direction, it will rot out the back wall. Does anyone here have any ideas or suggestions to deal with this? Thank you guys in advance 🙏

If its not offending, could you consider not including a ton of background music and instead just keep the sound of the tools themselves? Voiceover is great, but the music fading in and fading out after each sentence is somewhat jarring to my brain :) Could just be me though!

Instead of the speeding up shots you could just edit the movie and show bits of what you were doing at that time. And there is some work with the camera angle to be done. Thanks for sharing.
