WIndows 11 Pro Retail version.
New build of a Z690-F
bios 2305 3/10/23
i7-13700 processor
64 gig(2X32) Corsair CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 5200 (PC5-41600) in slots A2 B2
MSI GeForce RTX 3080 10 gig
Disabled all start-up programs.
All stock para, no OC on anything.
POST 1:02 for Del/F2 ROG screen
1:10 for ROG spinning circle
3:17 to Windows Login screen.
UEFI enabled.
Fast Boot enabled.
Tried pulling on stick of ram and it made no difference.
Suggestions welcome as I am out of bullets.
