im playing the game for the first time and im going for 100%. i did not have this enemy that you jumped on around 3:31 so i slide jumped around the blue thing since i didnt have enough height to clear it. it felt wrong so i had to check how this was intended but my way feels cooler lol

Just replayed for the millionth time and it's crazy how short this game when it was such a huge chunk of my childhood. My number 1 comfort game

Ok but how are we jumping into and out of dead space im so lost

First time playing this I was already many flights up when I started to feel something wasn't right, my first thought was maybe something is wrong with my copy of the game but at same time I was so far up I couldn't just undone my work and go down so I kept climbing and indeed turned out the stairs' segment was on purpose designed to make the player, and the party memebers, suffer. It was my first getting trolled by the game experience

I definitely did better once I stopped trying to run on the ropes and just did little hops off of them to clear the big gaps like you did. I can't count the number of times I didn't even make it past the first bridge, even after had been practicing the level a while.

How would you know to ride the metal barrel? I didn't even know that was possible until now.

Ok, but why is this version of the Sunset Vista music doesn't have that "DUN DUN DUUUN DUUN' beat part to it? It is so weird how all the other tracks are pretty much like the original but not this one.

Worst level to get the gem, Crash 1 was always the hardest to 100% to me because of this specific level.
