Salt Pond Beach (Doesn't Suck) 4K
Snorkeling wasn't good for me and the water could be a bit rough, but this is a gorgeous beach! And it seemed pretty empty compared to many of the other Kauai beaches we went to. The water was warm, the sand was fine, and there were good bathrooms and picnic areas. There was.a lfieguard who yelled at someone who let their dog loose. I recommend this beach.
As always, there were chickens on the beach. Is there anywhere you can go in Kauai where you won't see a chicken?

Looking for an easy hike on Kauai? This one is not dangerous unless you count the danger of being hit by a golf ball as you walk along with the cliff on one side and the golf course on the other. We did have a ball that landed about 10 feet from us and the golfer was very apologetic. Ke'e Beach is a special place, a Hawaiian state park that is not easily accessible anymore as you need to purchase a parking or shuttle pass in advance. The hike was short but muddy and slippery. I found the Queen's Bath underwhelming but the waterfalls, volcanic rock, and ocean with a swimming sea turtle absolutely amazing!! I'm not required to, but want to acknowledge some nice ocean and waterfall sound effects that I downloaded to make the silent drone videos a bit more enjoyable were found at: pixabay.com/sound-effects/search/

Rode 24 miiles in MoCo, MD from Black Rock Mill to C&O Canal and back, a great loop. Crazy stream crossing plus some wacky bridges, blood, a squirrel and the usual cursing.

Thanks Alan, steps are the price for the views at Cinque Terre slow going up but well worth it.
Correct. I'm not trying to discourage people from going but they should have the knowledge that there are a lot of steps. We actually found a way with fewer steps by going to the back of the village and then going up, you could do mostly ramps.

Was great meeting you guys on the amazing trail from Corniglia to Vernazza. Not an easy hike with lots of primitive uneven stairs up and down the cliffs along the Italian coastline.
