(From Copilot GPT) Images generated by Bing AI are subject to specific terms of use. Here's the scoop: When you create images using the Bing Image Creator, you can use them for legal and commercial purposes **within Microsoft Designer**. However, downloading those images externally and using them outside requires editing them with Microsoft software first. So, while the individual images themselves aren't copyrighted, the modification and merging into a final piece allow their use.
