Donkey Kong Country - Funky's Fugue ~ Deconstructed Oscilloscope
This is probably the best music to play when you're about to travel on a plane :) Musically its exactly as the title says, funky as hell. With the vocal samples and the bouncy DK bass that is throughout most of the OST, the character of the track shines through. The vocal sample is also very unique to hear in the soundtrack. I used to think this was another great David Wise composition but this is in fact composed by Robin Beanland, and is the only track from him in the OST. (Thank you @SoLinkSmash for the heads up!) He is known for Killer Instinct and Sea of Thieves music too.

1:11, man, I've always had this scene in my head - We see Diddy and Dixie running through a forest, towards the fortress, then pan to the night sky and zoom in on a full moon. Then we zoom out to see DK in his cell looking at the same moon, sad but hopeful. Then fade to a shot of an endless army of marching kremlings, with K.Rool laughing maniacally, superimposed in half opacity on top of that. Damn, David Wise could tell an entire story with a few minutes of 16 bit melody.
