Today is the lowest point of my life. I have 0 on my bank account. Right now, I literally have $1 in my pocket. I came clean to my family today. Told them about my addiction. My Mom will give me $20 on Thursday. I'll get paid next week Thursday. Also, I have 22,000 in debt. Kinda sucks. But it's not over. Today is the start of the rest of my life. May 14, 2024. It’s hard to stop I’ve lost thousands and just can’t get a grip.

This December, I will be one year and a month as a former compulsive gambler. 15 years of that hell...but I never stopped wanting to quit. What worked for me, was an audiobook called, "Allan Carr's Easy Way to Stop Gambling". I listened to the book every day for a few months and went over it in its entirety about 5 times, repeating the chapters that hit me at the core. I listened on walks outside in nature, in the shower, on my breaks at work. Like this video says, REPETITION is powerful. I now take the money I used to blow on VLTs and take trips abroad whenever I can. Life starts now!

Oh yeah thank you for pissing me off so bad that baby nothing is impossible, and I will enjoy making you eat your words. Your right I need a social life, I don't use social media anymore and kinda got used to it. But I still sing every day and find something to laugh at daily and with team fearless drumming into my head over and over that I can do anything, depression can go f itself. Yep there was a time when I was depressed and if I agreed with you that 3 or more can't be helped then I wouldn't be here and I know what it feels like to not want to be here.
