Yesssss siiiiiiiir....im going to be making the delaware move by years end...either a grand cayman with basement or a hazel...mearfield in Seaford Delaware offered a hazel with basement 389k...phase 1 is sold out....new development in frederica delaware opening soon and i think they're going to off a hazel....im gonna join you sir in the tax free state 😊

Nice, did they fix the drip that was in the basement near the sub pump? What was the cause?
yeah they fixed it ..it was a leak from their water test there was a pipe that wasn't fully sealed but they realized it early had it on schedule to be repaired and it was immediately fixed the next day 😊 , My PM and his team were phenomenal throught the whole building process 💯💯🔥🔥👏🏽👏🏽
