Happy to see you post but sorry to hear its been rough i've been a long time viewer. I'm one of the people who had depression since childhood it really sucks the enjoyment out of stuff. Recently just been doing the fake it till you make it to cope. Sadly so much has changed hopefully it will get better in the future. I've also noticed only the big conventions like anime exp, anime nyc, and comic cons seem to have actual things to do I was sad there wasn't even an A-kon this year haven't been to a convention in years.

I know that it's hard to feel like we're alone, but in reality, we're not. We all go through these moments in our lives where it can be hard to feel like we have no one to reach out to about what's going on. I know it can be hard to realize this, but I know that things are going to get better. I know that we don't talk much, but I miss hanging out with you at conventions. Things have been hard for me in the past few years as well and it has been a process, but I know I am becoming a better version of myself each day. I know that you can do the same thing, Rita. We are in this together!

I’m so happy that I get to hear u and see u again.i really didn’t know what to say bc it got me really emotional that ur in depression and I get the feeling of being in depression bc I’m still on it.i was out of it for a while but got back at it again and it sucks bc I really do want to do things that I did back then but can’t. My depression started since 2023 since my second toxic ex tried to let’s just say abuse me even tho it’s the other word but can’t say. I really was at it really hard till I met someone that made me really happy and was my first healthy relationship but I guess my depression took over me a lot that he broke up with me during his day of prom. So im still in depression but I am also trying bc I want to be a better me. But don’t stress out abt making a video,it’s fine unless ur okay I am okay as well. Love u and hope we get better soon. That was so honest and sincere, it takes bravery to put yourself in front of the public and talk about your feelings. I couldn't agree more about how the world is changing, especially for cosplayers. One theory I had is that for those of us who have been cosplaying for years is that we see our friends and peers move on to different hobbies or stop going to cons or posting online and we feel like it's kind of dying out? But in actual fact, I think it's just a new generation of cosplayers and cons that are emerging, one that is predominantly using TikTok more so than cosplay in real life. It's hard to adapt to new realities where things you love start changing, whether that's your favourite platforms, cons or even AI integration, but in a positive light, I guess it's wonderful to have been born in an era where you get to see the whole world change so much, so quickly. People will talk about our generation in history like "wow I wish I knew what it was like to live in their time" xD At least we'll all be legends in like 100 years🥲

Youre doing amazing Rita 💗 just you getting up and even putting on makeup and dressing up is a lot I’m sure. Being able to even film a video for your supporters and talk about all of this is so kind and strong of u :) I’ve always been so happy and excited seeing your videos because of all the enthusiasm in your voice and how whimsical u can be (o´罒`o)~ I’m really hoping things will look better for you real soon. I totally get what you mean. Mental health is so crazy and a plethora of different things, and it's scary. These past 2 years for me have been difficult and rough, but just knowing I'm around people who care about me, it really helps me whenever I'm down. I still have bad days, but I try not to let it bring me down too much. I think working on yourself is super important, ans I'm glad you're doing well. Hope you have a wonderful day, Rita 🖤

I can relate to this video so bad. As someone in their 20s, I'm struggling to find a job that i can keep while going to uni because nobody calls back, ended what i thought would be a relationship for life because it got really toxic and got into depression for basically the whole year because of all of this. I agree that the world is so fucked right now to be able to grow, move out and start life properly because of all these issues, but in the end i feel like i learned sooo much about myself and how i can deal with things on my own, and maybe reconnect with people i lost along the way. We are all in this together, but thank you for this video Rita, it resonates with me.

I was trying to locate an email or some way in contacting you personally but I was curious if you ran a steam page (assuming you play on PC) or a discord group of some type to get connected to your fans? I resonated a lot with what you were saying, especially with only having one true friend. (And if this information is something that was already discussed then I apologize, I followed you since I was in highschool but had pockets in watching content so im not entirely caught up to speed on things)

I feel you Rita, I also struggle with my mental health, stay strong we'll get through this! the world may not always be kind but that's why we must be kind to ourselves and to each other.

Tbh I get what you're going through I went through a deep depression it was so bad I was pushing so many people away from me I was always breaking down in tears thinking I wasn't worth anything but it does get better when you fight the battles rn my mental health is terrible a lot has been going on to the point it doesn't seen real anymore I've watched you're videos since 2017 and will always still love you're videos 🖤
