I liked this at first - the misunderstanding dragged on way too long though .... By the time it got to him wanting to be her mistress and just giving zero care for his actual wife who he couldn't be bothered to meet... I usually give a pass when the marriage is arranged and they just don't know each other but this went from two people arranged married who didn't know each other to a guy obsessed with a woman who he thinks is married to someone else and it goes from sweet to homewrecker. At some point I couldn't grasp why she was so keen to keep him from finding out she was his wife. Then he uses coercion to "force" her to sleep with him and betray her husband and she agrees but more because he is actually her husband. His wife is targeted because she is his wife and he makes little effort to actually support her. Regardless of how she was married to him he had to have some clue he had an affect on her life and things that happened to her. By the end it seemed like she didn't want him to know she was his wife simply so she could easily divorce him. Which worked. She seemed to have feelings for him but just never got to the point of really being able to trust him. Him and his pushy desire to be a mistress turned him into a bad/unfavorable ML for me. Then actually there were a lot of random parts that were either left out during editing or just unfinished storylines. What was the deal with the sister? What was the deal with the dog? Honestly seems odd that the playboy wouldn't have goaded the ML at least once about wanting his wife if the ML didn't want her since he knew there was a divorce in progress. I liked the end when she he was so happy to get his divorce certificate and tells her he can now pursue her. The she basically happily takes her copy and lets him know it was her he just divorced. Honestly at that point though I really don't want to see them together. While in the beginning I was looking forward to seeing them together - by the end it just seemed like an excruciatingly long mess. Even if he thought she had a cheating husband his desire to be the other man just was a huge turn off for me plus some of the coercive behavior he had. He just couldn't' openly and honestly tell her he liked her and would be interested in pursuing her if she were single. Which I don't advocate telling married people but it would be better than the behavior he displayed. I just feel disappointed at the ending...it just doesn't feel satisfying as it is, even if I like the fact that she let him know he blindly divorced the woman he wanted because he couldn't be bothered to even know what his wife looked like.

The ML's assistant at 32.07 is hilarious. It's a serious drama and the comedy is clearly apparent when he puts the Roman helmet on and then tries to remove it. I'm sat here watching this and just giggling at the assistant trying to get the helmet off his head.

噁爛的女主，林夕能偷換女主的小孩當成男主的孩子，那就表示男主和林夕也有發生關係，從頭到尾男主跟小三一直不清不楚而且每次都優先選擇相信小三保護小三，還說什麼愛上女主，噁爆🤮 女主會早產也是男主位了小三推女主所導致的，這麼爛人最後還跟他復合，我也是醉了😤

Loved the 2ML in this too. OK for his skewed up reason he took her away from everyone, but he did it to protect her. He knew that her stepsister was evil and would carry on trying to kill her. He was also in love with her and ultimately ended up dying to protect her from another deadly attack on her life.

Yesterday I watched a drama with the ML playing a really nasty bad guy who was killed off at the end. So it's nice to see him playing a good guy.

Китайская полиция добросердечная, даже туфли на высоких каблуках оставляет подозреваемым😂. И так во всех дорамах вертикалках. Одно радует в этом минисериале, что главная героиня нашла своё счастье с человеком, который её по настоящему любит.

O sea, 5 años casados sin tratarla bien, sin consumar el matrimonio, sin el más minimo aprecio y trabaja como una mula en la empresa y en la casa siendo tratada como una criada y encima maltratada ¿Y lo aguanta?. Más imberbe e inútil imposible. Menos mal que al final se queda con el bueno y no perdona al maltratador 😅 No entiendo que alguien que invierte su tiempo en editar los vídeos no sea cuidadoso cuando elimina metraje para que la historia no quede vacía de contenido e inconexa 🤦

This plot always pisses me off cause of how weak the FL is portrayed even after leaving the ML’s family. But this version did justice, the FL is doing everything I wish the other version will. She doesn’t have time for back & forth, doesn’t cry stupidly for any of them after leaving, she’s straight up In her responses without showing weakness and I’m loving it all. Still watching but from other comments I’ve seen she did a good job. Just wanted to commend the crew for making these changes in this version.
