My Son's First Time Shooting Real Gun (From Airsoft To 9mm)
Growing up, my son would shoot Glock style airsoft guns at targets. Today he tried a real Glock style 9mm for the first time. Can shooting airsoft guns really help in being able to shoot a real pistol? Our range day footage seems to say, Yes!

I got about 1600 into both rivals I have upgraded everything. It was amazing to begin with. Now it’s unreal what it can do!!!!! Steel rival is a beast!!!!

@@ZombieProdigyUS about everything I could do. Trigger spring recoil reduction Kit gas peddle and magwell from lok and taran mag extensions. I did just get a defender xl to replace the 507 to see if I like it. Talk about a big window Then I bought the dark side and did the same thing only difference that one had never been fired
Sorry to ask twice but at what yardage to use zero your optic and with what do you use to do it ? Im trying to zero in my eps having alittle difficulty thank you
@dsnipedu 10 yards. Use a rest for your arm and assure that you are getting a good grouping. Based on where you are hitting, make adjustments up or down. Next, do right or left until you hit dead center.

@@GunFusionNJ thanks a lot . I am waiting for my canik TTi and the osight could be the dot for it if it fits.
I think a lot of RDS will fit the TTI, Canik always comes with 3 or 4 optic plates.
@@mysteryour1815 the problem is the charging cover that could not fit on the guns with co-witness sights .

The difference is, the Holosun will hold zero.
Holosun certainly will hold zero. We never had an issue with the Osight holding zero. Some others may have had that problem.
Osight may be the only large window optic in its price point.

I have a question i bought the comp for a canik rival S but the plate it comes with makes the optic sit very high therefore when sighting the red dot i cant lower it anymore so when i shoot i need to aim about 2 inches lower to bullseye any advice or did you have this issue with your rival s?

Why open with muzzle point at you unloaded or not at a range you should always keep the muzzle point down range
True. That was not done properly the first time using that bag.
@@GunFusionNJ I have a patch on my bag. I line the muzzle up with a certain end of the patch. so Ik which way it’s facing when I open the bag.

Hideous optic, in my opinion.. not sure why you need such a large window if you practice a lot muscle memory will keep you on target sometimes bigger isn’t better

What size screws did you use? Osight screws were wrong thread and the Canik screws were too short.
Someone needs to torture test it bc my only concern is the casting plus the amount of skeletonization but performance in all other areas seem top notch. Id just be scared to drop it or fall on it.
It’s trash I hear I watched a review nd it couldn’t even take the torture test with throwing the red dot to the side 👎

Is it bigger than the Holosun 507 comp or the same size?
It's very close in size. It appears to be the same size.
They look nice its just the reviews ive been seeing haven't been good at all. But when it comes to olight its so hard to get honest reviews because of all the bias sht with olight. I mean you have tons of guys that never even touched an olight weapon mounted light and they will argue with you for days about how their no good 🤦
Just seen one review with a guy dropping a big ass rock from like 3 feet smashing the shit of out saying it’s no good well shit buddy do that to any of them and it will do the same

I'm so glad you posted this. i purchased it specifically for my tti combat and then got nervous that the charger wouldn't fit. People can criticize O-light all they want. They can't get orders out fast enough.
Should have waited to see how good they are a few reviews out there I seen a few and they don't hold zero when dropped and die from recoil wow kinda like there light's if you're going to be broke and buy an optic at least go with holosun
