I have a life size gears of war lancer from NECA it’s a first gen. Started building my first PVS69 yesterday. I was wondering if it’s possible to swap out one of the cameras for a thermal cam
So you've outsourced your prints to SLS/Laser printers? Or are they printed with a bake-away filament?
what is the approximate total cost, excluding tools like electric meter? and I assume it uses some homemade intensifier tube? right?

I second this question. Without access to the discord, it’s hard to figure out what parts/kits you actually need.
Interesting website there. I wish I could understand how to make this stuff. Or buy .. 1900 Euro for it is quite expensive, can buy a proper nvg military civilian. Possible maybe to get better prices? Or understand what we can get.
1900 gets you a housing with digital tubes and PVS-14 eye pieces. Other companies charge 1700 for just the housing…
@@vonscherfarms925 Thanks, just want to mention that usually this is a problem with how nowdays fan\passionate\players general non pro stuff is communicated to public. If one comes in the shop and tries to understand something all is nice and described well, but it's hard to understand stuff that a noob would like to know: is it fully working what I buy, how do I see (yes this is show in some pictures of the lenses), do I connect this stuff to a battery pack? It's more a web site for a very small niche of people who know already 90% of the NVG etc. And maybe that's what you want it to be. After all this is not airsoft stuff it's real deal, real steel owners stuff. I am just trying to understand how to build one but there is a huge quantity of tools to be bought too which inflate the price and then zero manuality ... I wish to make a pvs 31 like and a gpnvg in the future. An maker that has shown in a video how to make a pvs (digital camera) not like yours also has included a camera recording capability. Thanks.
where do you order PCBs and other elctronics like regulator and screen
The readme in the alpha 1.1 files mentioned 3 manufacturers: pcbway, jlcpcb, and oshpark. I second this question on which one is best for the flex boards.
When I saw the Nos on the table first thing, I knew I was at the right place.
So hear me out, I want to make it as afordable and simple as possible, so where can i get the housing that was broken, because i dont want to make MX-69 coz its just unnececary work for me, i will run only digital, adn its simpler to just not open everything and solider that much....

I remember something being mentioned about an older gen v760 and it having a thicker housing for the display screen, I ended up with that display. Am I SOL, or is there a way to make it work?
Those will work just fine I can’t remember if they need to be cut down but I don’t think so.

If you build it with a digital tube, you will use an analog FPV camera
