    Hey, Jiracek, changing your phone number is a dick move to get out of your responsibility for the shitty work you did on our house. I suggest you check your email. If we have a shock hazard or fire because of the substandard work your electrician did we will hold you personally responsible. You can change your number but you can't hide from the DBPR and the courts.

    FYI, Tom ripped me off and lied about it a few years ago. He was doing email marketing for me and claimed to be an expert. He had no idea what he was doing. When this was apparent I canceled and had confirmation from him. He kept charging my credit card. When I asked for a refund he sent me a fake refund email. When I dressed him further he apologized and said his company was bankrupt and he couldn't refund me. At the same time he was bragging about is new Ferrarin on Facebook. HE proceeded to block me on every social media page he had and continued to start new program after new program until people caught on they were scams in that niche.

When I found your channel and this video 2, or 3, years ago I was hoping to work with local professionals in my state. Jonathan was/is right.     A warning , this Smile guy is a con man. My group of friends (we are from San Diego area) invested with him and suffered losses upto 80%. His setup skimmed profits while rest of the investors (~32 in all )lost their shirts. he has his own Chopra remodeling company and his family is given titles of SVPs and VPs in his companies - totally incompetent people. He injected his own money as a loan and didnt make proper capital calls. He ignoredall his fiduciary duties. Given the LLC laws, as a principal/manager he got total freedom to mismage to his own benefit. His 265K roof invoice looked fake and the company operated from an apartment studio. He refused to return the balance capital unless people signed a letter freeing him up from any litigation. Stay away from him - he talks big BS.

    is money created when there is demand for commercial loans because if your business is to produce credit electronically then i guess i just need a legal license to loan new money commercial credit and i have the same power of the central bank thou i do wonder why money manufactors and commercial loan originators have so very little profit compared to the commercial enterprises & political entity that use the money who supply's the loans to those who demand them?

      Still good content, and there were some funny parts. 30:00-32:30 it was like a 2+ minute question for a 20 second answer, host said he wanted to shift gears by giving us some insurance babble then asked a basic question about what the highest risk in real estate is. It was cringe, delightful and informative to hear the answer so I’m fine with it. Lol good content.
