Authentic bazar jesi tawa kaleji aur naan || اصل ڈھابہ اسٹائل توا کلیجی اور نان
for naan
all purpose flour 500 grams of 4 cups
salt 1tsp or to taste
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda half tsp
thick yoghurt half cup at room temperature
warm water 1 cup or as required
oil 1 tbsp plus half tsp
for tawa kaleji
oil 2 tbsp.
ghee 2 tbsp.
garlic 3 cloves
liver washed half kg
salt 1 tsp
crushed coriander 1 tsp
crushed cumin 1 tsp
crushed red chili 1 tsp
tomatoes 02 medium
green chilies 02
butter 50 grams or as required
red chili powder half tsp
turmeric half tsp
garam masala half tsp
for naan
