A couple laps from each of the SCCA Majors races at Pocono. Saturdays race was dry (the oval was spotty wet, but effectively dry) and Sundays race was raining. Both days were about 45*F so track conditions were a bit tricky.

The first qualifying session from the 2019 SCCA Runoffs at VIR for the Touring 1/AS Class from the Phoenix Performance Boss302 Mustang. Track was damp/wet and conditions constantly changed as the session went on with the rain cloud moving across the track. Finally towards the end it dried enough to run a lap time only 1.3 seconds off of the eventual pole lap.

The 2016 SCCA Runoffs from Mid Ohio GT2 Race. Battle for 1st place with Trent Hindman in the BMW. One of the most intense, flat out races I've ever run. While finishing 2nd wasn't the goal, we came for a race and that is what we had. Enjoy.

Looks similar to 2016:at Mid Ohio except in reverse.

Wow! Great driving by you and the Porsche driver. Good work getting by him. I agree, what a workout. It's amazing that you can go WOT in those conditions.
A few places you couldn't go WOT due to puddles. Even a couple lanes off the outside wall on the front straight had too many puddles.

Great driving! What are your thoughts on the C8 comparing to the C7 Grand Sport (manual) platform with the same modifications
I feel like the C7 GS is a step above the C8 for taking it to the track with only alignment changes and tires. I have to keep reminding myself that the C8 is the base car right now and not the 3rd or 4th version. I feel like I overwhelmed the stock bar/springs/shocks pretty easily.

Great driving as always. What was different from last time, and what alignment specs are you running? On a side note, is rear caster as crucial as some think on the C7Z?
We changed the setup slightly and applied some knowledge to the shocks. I will not share the alignment spec. Haven't messed with rear castor, we kept it at GM's recommended setting. Will look at that over the winter.

@@rleader1 On C8 rear castor, yes that is GM"s. For the C7Z we have our own spec we use.

Amazing driving ! What do you estimate the lap time would be with 4S tires and factory recommended track alignment at this track and lightning?
On a C7 Z06 the PSS vs A7 with same alignment was about 3 seconds at Thunderbolt. I'd guess the car would run high 26/27's which, which lines up with it doing 2:00's at VIR.

Depends on version. I'd say it falls between a C7 GS and C7 Z51. Need to work on the alignment a bit more and see what that gets us.

The performance traction management seems fantastic. It looks like it never gets in the way, just helps put power down on corner exit.
That is not the OEM PTM, Its a Motec ECU with racing TC.

Got lucky this year that the weather was nice enough early enough. Sometimes there is still snow on the ground.
