Can I ask a question regarding EVRi .. A buyer recently bought an ebay item from me and provided an address at his eBay Collection Point. I sent off the item with EVRi and included the eCP ref number seeral times, as well as hand writing code on the parcel. Now I find out (from the buyer) that the shop does NOT accept EVRi parcels. Although I add the ref number during the oirdering process, it doesn't actually show on the printed label .. if you use eCP, where do you add this when orderting through EVRi

What do you do if you print your own hermes/evri label at home. Do you take it to your nearest drop off shop and a member of staff will scan it and give u a receipt or do u just walk into the shop and hand it over. Thanks!

One of the reasons I haven't even thought about going to a food bank is that I have Coeliac Disease and so can't eat anything that contains gluten, (found in wheat, barley, rye). So I couldn't eat the bread, pasta, biscuits, and the vegetable soup. I wouldn't be able to eat the Ready Brek either because there is a strong possibility of 'cross contamination' with other grains that contain gluten. I wouldn't want to take food that was kindly given to me but then see it go to waste, when there is always somebody else that could have it instead.

Thanks.. The new Evri website will NOT work on any Apple device as far as I can see. I will have to use the "print in store" system using the instore computer & printer, as I can't even book anything on their website now.

just a heads up Pete but you need to put the card over the machine showing the top of the card to it not the bottom, thats why the touchless never worked for you. Excellent video I really wasn't expecting this when I googled it lol - belta! am off to the shop...
