Ok Riverstone should be big fans of yours. 2 We have a big problem with your 23 Montana roof purchased new 3 months ago new, right now they say it is normal for roof decking to not touch the roof rafters were the decking boards come together what? 3 I just watch a review on a new Riverstone last night and have plan to check them out at the Tampa RV show this winter then your video pops up this morning and after watching your roof and slide and frame video I am making plans the looking at Riverstone now and not wait till we get to Florida. 4 Come people this is the best RV channel I have come across you guys should have way more subscribers 5. We are in Muskegon in the summer very close to factory Last thank you for putting the time in to make very good videos hope to meet you two on the road

I will never ever forget Pops! I took a bottle of cotton candy soda with me and by the time we stopped for gas in Oklahoma City, the top had come off and saturated my atlas that I had taken with us. I knew I took it with us for a reason lol...😅 It took a few days to dry out but it smelled good!

This was indeed a good video, on a couple of different levels. First, I too two have i90 helmets, just Harley-Davidson branded models. I’m a new (62 year old) rider and opted to NOT have any distractions so even my helmet didn’t have any communications built-in. Now that I’ve had a little less than a year in the saddle, I’ve FINALLY ridden with someone else and communications would have been GREAT since I forgot to get our signals straight before the fact. Additionally, I needed directions to a destination and had to look it up and memorize it, where even a phone mount would have been helpful. So researching the comm system after riding with a friend, I learned these helmets are plummed internally for the Smart HJC system built in collaboration with Sena. Their HJC 20B was the better option for that helmet but was also seemingly a bit cost-prohibitive, so I kept looking. Though there were many less expensive options out there, for features, I ended up going with the Cardo PackTalk Edge. The only issue with your video “for me” was seeing where/how “exactly” you placed the velcro for the mic. I ended up having to leave the small single piece off because it was too close to the cheek snap and I couldn’t get one of them to snap back in place. As it is though, it’s so far been secure enough and now I’m more confident mounting the next system in the other helmet. Thank you! As for the other area your video was helpful, I’m loving that mobile set up you have as I’ve been contemplating doing the same. While I’m guessing you have videos out there forit, I wonder if you might share a little more of the specs of your truck and trailer? The interior of your trailer, from what was seen in the video, looked more like a stationary piece of real estate than any other trailer I’ve seen in a WHILE! I’m about to start shopping for one and would love to have an idea of the specs of your unit, as well as the truck used to pull it. And how do you store and transport your bike, while on the road in the mobile home?

We have the 2022 42 fskg and had our walls repaired on both sides the seams are where the stress seam bulged out we had ours repaired at the Shipshewana RV repair center. Riverstone covered it under warranty even got new slides. Ryan went to Topeka and they showed him a better way to repair it. If we would have had Riverstone do the repairs it would have been November before we could have gotten it fixed.

That's what you call customer service and a company standing behind their product. So nice to see in today's world.

We’ve got an appointment at the factory for warranty work in October. We made the appointment when we bought the RV, since we knew we’d be passing through Indiana at the time and knew we’d have warranty work to be done, as new RVs always do.

Thats pretty cool that they took care of the slide issue. We had a 2005 30T Forest River TT for many years, we sold it to our daughter Kristi when we bought our Open Range in 2016. Kristi is still rocking it and its 19 years old this year. Angie and I are fans of Forest River products. Take care you two! Sean & Angie

Oh, no! Glad to hear that Riverstone took care of you, especially since it is out of warranty. That is a whole lot different than "the other brand". Bob's awareness of the rig saves the day!

Checking for loose staples and pushing them down at every stop can't be much fun. No charge repairs after the expiration of the warranty is much more fun. Riverstone truly cares about its reputation and its customers 😁👍

hey guys, so I have a 2021 exact model as you all and I was wondering can you see the joints move when walking on the roof? It looks pretty sketchy especialy along the edges where that dip is. I haven’t seen any staples I don’t think . I’ll have to look…

I left the rv living. Had bad experiences with a few parks in all my years in it. One park banged on my door for a small hose drip and threatened to kick me out. No previous issues

Not many true "diagnostic" techs in any industry today. They rely on computers to tell them. If not then the answer is to replace the whole unit.

Regular capacitor or flux capacitor? 1.21 Gigawatts to the rescue! If you can get parts, that is almost always a lower cost repair ootion. I did that a lot when I was working. We had a lot of obsolete equipment and repair parts ofton was the only option.

Sir Bob, In all the years we've known you, you've always been right!!! We've replaced both of our Coleman Mach ACs motors and caps. Your tech knew he'd be back when he hand-tweaked the squirrel cage. Integrity is very hard to find in any field anymore. My dad a lifelong AC/refrigeration mechanic would be aghast at the folks now passing as technicians... Great work as always! OLT

You were right. They need the feedback whether positive or negative. Sounds like they were passing the buck by saying the whole unit needed replacing. I’d throw the BS flag on that too. Goood job ordering the capacitor and the squirrel cage and replacing yourself!!! My question is why in the Sam Hell are you guys in Kansas and Oklahoma this time of the year🤔🤔🤔 By the way, thats a joke, bcuz we made the mistake of being in Savannah, GA and SC last July and August…NEVER again!!! We’re in Utah now at an elevation of 6,700 ft…waaaay nicer!!! 👍😃🍻
