Don't buy any catlink products. My automatic luxury pro is full of issues. Main problem is it uses 1/3 of the litter each time it cycles. You can't afford the waisted litter. It's full of faults and the customer service is horrible. I will spend days writing my dissatisfaction on every site and review and do my own videos showing all the problems that no one from catlink is willing to help.

One uses it very well but the other one go inside, the bottom on the outside and do all his stuff just in front of the litter box 😖. I think the problem may be that he’s pretty tall and the last one was a little more deeper + with a door. Anyone would have an advice for me ? Thank you !
