I did the recepie for my girlfriends birthday and the food was waaaaaay too hot! 5g chilli Powder?! We had to throw it all away - couldn't eat it. Very disappointing.
Hi Matthias, I am sorry to hear that the recipe was too hot for your taste. The recipe is an original Indian one. So you have to adjust to taste. Especially the chili powder should always be added according to taste as everyone has a different feeling of what is "too hot" ;)

It is really a great idea to warm up the henna for staining. It is the first time to know about warming it; I usually know that they keep it overnight. For sure, warming it will support better staining. Thx for the demonstration.

Revisé el enlace y puedes usar esta receta sin ser dañada. El gel Jagua es un producto natural. Mezclado con henna es una gran manera de conseguir una mancha oscura y casi negra de la alheña. I used Google Translator so I dont know if these sentences are making any sense :/ Here the answer in english as well: I checked the link and you can use this recipe without getting harmed. Jagua gel is a natural product. Mixed with henna it is a great way to get a dark and almost black henna stain.
