Can you not hook subs and a amp to it or do you have to run a rca straight from the factory radio for a sub to work..

Thanks! I'm adding a trailer brake controller to my 2004 and this was a lot of help. I was trying to find a place on the drivers side. Adding a hole to that grommet instead is a better option, even if there is some stuff in the way on the engine side that stops you from just reaching you hand all the way there.

Bro I had the same thing happen to me on my 2008 Lincoln town car Got a new one with that warranty installed it and guess what yep another over heat . Long story short bro my electrician friend did some test and fan was fine including the fan actuator. It was my dam plug 🔌 So check your plug 🔌 I had my electrician do a relocate on my actuator next to power brake booster instead of being in the back of a radiator fan . My car all good 👍 Let the good time times roll 392,000 miles

Crazy, I saw a black Executive L today as well at the yard. Part of me wanted to take the rear arm rest with the controls. I have a 2000, do you think the rear seats with the headrests from a 99-02 Cartier L will fit in a non L?

You can load up the trunk with gulf clubs, suitcases, tires with rims, couple of bodies. And now I've seen it all. A V8 4.6-liter engine with transmission in the trunk of a Lincoln town car. 4:12 Don't worry, for those town cars you see in the junk yard. There are 70 or more town cars hidden in a garage in mint condition somewhere in this great country of ours.

As posted earlier, parts are getting harder to find and you have to take the best of the bad lot. Most of the people in the grand marquis forums say decent things about the dorman fans. I need to do mime this weekend. I have spare fans but wrong connectors and I dont want to cut and splice. Good luck with this replacement.

I bought the dorman axles once and found one of the lug studs was machined wrong. Factory flaw but they still assembled packed and sold it. Dorman QC is not worth their domestic price point, their bad reputation is well-deserved.

I'm feeling yr frustration! But as you noted Dorman is sometimes the only part available for Panther cars of this vintage. Having some frustration of my own trying to solve steering box issues, namely the shaft control valve on my '98 Touring Sedan. Better luck in the future, eh?

my original manafold has cracked at the base of t-stat housing, coolant be like skrrrrr, since i am borderline broke, i glued mothafucka shut with RTV silicone, still lets out a tiny bit but f it, previous owner put some oversized gasket and overtorqued the damn thing, some people are straight up not good mechanics :D

they're pretty cool but in my observations they don't last as long as the good old conventional halogen bulb. for the cool factor they're alright but the marketing of higher reliability is BS just business as usual.

Looks REALLY nice. I just bought an 03 TC Signature. It’s maroon, I tinted windows, cut the exhaust after the 3rd and 4th catalytic converter, added crossover and straight pipe to the almost 2ft of 4” dual chrome tips. I’ve said I’m done with additions, but you’ve inspired me to change to LED. You have everything listed in your description for the exterior, right?

Would thost rear tail lights now be considered as Amber in color? Here in EU they constantly bust our nuts for having red turn signals instead of amber, soon i will have to do yearly inspection and i am afraid that i won't pass it due to red instead of amber.

You funny, locked out of your car 2:34 I know a huge difference in light output. Love them white walls and yes do the trunk lights.
