I saw ur vidoes where u claimed that indian citizen getting i526 approved for rural area proper. There is a video of other Regional center ceo (his video can be seen in month of July available on youtube) claimed that who ever claimed that i526 recently got approval is totally a lie. Now I wanted to invest and I am regularly following ur video but his video made me take 1 step behind. Please clarify.

How long shall it take for us to receive approval for change of status. I am currently employed in USA. 2. Futher, being in USA on H1B, shall my old EAD authorization be valid or a fresh request for EAD shall have to be filed. At what time application for EAD shall have to be filed & how long approval shall likely take to come. Also, who shall be filing this request for fresh EAD authorization. 3. When I shall have to make money available for use? Shall I526 & I485 applications be filled first or money be made available first before filing EB-5 application. Please clarify. 4. How long it would take to get conditional green card approval? 5. Is it possible to discuss directly with the Managing Director? An immediate revert preferably on my mail shall be highly appreciated.
