I love this video, as a fellow 29-year-old I can relate a lot (even as someone who has mostly just played Pokemon and Minecraft and Lego Star Wars). There is such pressure to put your 100% into the "adult" responsibilities and your career (I'm a grad student so there is always more research I could be doing, more work on my dissertation to do, etc) that sometimes everything you do outside of that is tainted by guilt and almost self-hatred. My best advice is to remember that your brain cannot only do stuff that is difficult and unrewarding, life is all about balance. It's hard out here though, stick in there <3
