Crazy that 3.35 wont even get you into the world championships anymore
after centro stole that olympic gold, nobody runs 'tactical' races anymore. just asking for a kicker to out-sprint you. if you have the best time in the field you take it out hard and make it about guts and conditioning, not lactic acid.

@@matthewbeach2661 gotcha, I went to Northwood University (private business school; D2). Atm I'm just getting in shape, I run 5k's in the summer as a hobby. I think I can train and run 13:40's-13:50's consistently on a decent mileage, but I won't enjoy it so I run 30-40 miles per wk, 5 days a wk and just have some fun running avg times and meet people in 5k's
