Welcome to my CZcams channel! I'm on a journey to live a 'free-from' lifestyle and share what I've learned along the way. On my channel, you'll find my story, how I have the allergy to fragrance, tips and product reviews related to living fragrance-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, msg-free, coffee-free, and aspartame-free.
I use fragrance-free products and products without any synthetic perfumes or fragrances.
For food, I avoid anything with gluten, wheat, milk, added sugars, MSG or aspartame, due to food intolerances having had tests done for these. Although it can be challenging at times, eating clean whole foods and using non-toxic products has really helped me feel and look better overall. My goal is to help and inspire others who are starting or already on a similar health journey. 3 Annoying Things | Fragranced Car Filters, Food Allergies, and Candles
Dealing with a lingering fragrance from a car filter change has been somewhat frustrating.
It seems it takes time to get rid of the scent.
As someone not technically savvy about car filters, it was really annoying, especially with my fragrance allergy.
A warning to anyone with fragrance allergies: the garage installed a fragranced pollen filters in the Audi.
In other news, I visited a lovely gastropub near Battlesbridge but they served a buttered steak (after discussing my allergies)
