    One thing I can say don't believe when people say that you got to eat some people fast for a long time and you feel a lot better of course taking vitamins and stuff is important but fasting and drinking water especially if you want to get down to your weight loss plan you not going to die if you go 6 days without food you can have a protein meal I can't say I've heard people have went 12 days without food but it's not for everybody it all depends on how strong your mind is

    Damn Im 189 5’8 I eat like 500 calories a day if that damn, Fish, shrimp, peppers, greek yogurt, fruit, I feel fine though for most part, i mean nothing crazy atleast. I dont do as intense workouts as I walk and jump rope, Im trying to cut fast and slim down as I use to look alot better then I got fat. I feel normal on this though, Everywhere online says dangerous or ill die or somethign, now im scared damn it, dont get me wrong I do sometimes cheat and overeat some days but damnn

      @@GabrielDunkin Much needed this reply, I know I technically need more calories throughout the day, but I just want to look like me again so I can feel comfortable going out and etc again. & its not like im trying to starve myself literally either, its just the healthy meals I got are low calories such as the Tilapia, Peppers, Greek Yogurt, Protein Bar. I dont usually eat breakfast frl, Usually a protein Bar mid day and then dinner around 7:00 Tilapia filet, & a couple Peppers and if I get hungry midnight, ill eat either 2 scoops of peanut butter or my greek yogurt and fruit lol. Im obviously going to eventually get better at it and eat more like I should but right now im ready to slim down and asap because it kind of effects my career in a way & my motivation and relationships & just makes me feel like shit, but readiing google and all that shit just gave me anxiety about my meals frl

    I also eat 1000 to 1250 calories a day, there are hard winers and we are hard losers soo we gotta do like David Goggins for those 900 to 1000 calorie a day diets I do 2 meals a day one light before working out around 400 calories and then I save the remaining 700 to 800 calories for dinner right before going to bed to go to bed full and happy I always put some low calorie sugar thingis like coke 0, 0 calorie jelly and a main dish hight in protein with some salad or grains then I put a protein shake filled with watter I sink that bitch down and I feel like I am about to explode, I wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and I go to sleep happy and full as fuck, for me is soo easy to not be hungry at night if I go to bed after feeling like I can't eat 1 single grain more of food and the protein shake fille with watter makes just that
