Khampagar Monastery is the main seat of the Khamtrul Rinpoche incarnation line in Kham, Eastern Tibet, and is considered one of the foremost monasteries of the Drukpa Kagyü lineage. After its destruction in Tibet, the Eighth Khamtrul Rinpoche, Dongyü Nyima, rebuilt Khampagar Monastery in Tashi Jong, Himachal Pradesh, India, in the late 1960s. It is home to the famous tokdens, yogis who have gained high levels of realization.

I've been looking online for the text for this and can't seem to find it. I did find it on on the Karma Library website, but you need a password to get the text. Is a White Tara empowerment needed to chant this?
Anyone can recite the general White Tara or Green Tara mantras. It does help greatly to have formal Mahayana / Great Way Buddhist vows. I have just provided several key book references for Tara practice on another more recent thread for this video. As a tantric Buddhist guru I strongly recommend that you get these books.

Beautiful. But the picture is a little missleading. This image is of the primordial Buddha Samantabhadra, and the prayer is connected to the bodhisattva with the same name, Kuntu Zangpo.... The image is the old school / translations version of the "primordial buddha", just as the sarma schools use Vajradhara as the representation of the "primordial buddha".
Yes, right. It's because i didn't have any image of Bodhisattva Samantabhadra at moment of creating this video, and i was in hurry. So i put the image of Buddha Samantabhadra, hoping this will be not a big mistake. But now i got a few cool images of Bodhisattva Samantabhadra and i'm planning to update this video, using them. The longer mantra is an Activity Mantra. Just like the Hundred Syllable Vajrasattva mantra is an activity mantra and the approach mantra is Om VAJRASATTVA HUM.
