Just another summer in the Krinke family.

After seeing our oldest off to the Army and moving our family to a new state we spent our summer exploring together and soaking up family time. This summer/fall marks 6 years home for Jacob, 4 years home for Ty, 3 years home for Justin, and almost a year and a half home for Nathan and Aiden.

Next month will mark 5 years home from Russia, 3 years home from China, 2 years home from Ukraine and 6 months home from China again! This was a great summer packed full of adventure. www.krinkes.blogspot.com

We traveled to Ukraine during the summer of 2015 to adopt our then 15 year old son. We've been home together six months already!

Our boy has been home 3 years! We arrived home from Russia November of 2012. He has changed our lives in so many ways and is one of our six greatest blessings. We love you, Jacob!

We have welcomed our third son in 3 years through international adoption. We are blessed with amazing children. So many people are nervous to consider adopting teenagers. Don't be afraid of the big kids! They need the love of a family just as much and will bless your life in ways you never would have known. Welcome home, son.

One year ago today this boy finally came home. It's been a year full of adventure, laughter, challenges and love.

One of the hardest parts of international adoption is waiting for travel dates. We were expecting dates and discovered a problem that would delay our travel. We had no idea how long the wait would be. `We decided to pass the days one by one and try to have some fun. Just 45 days later we finally got word of our travel dates. Enjoy the counting!

Our son has been home 6 months already. We traveled to Jiangsu, China in July of 2014 to bring him home.

We celebrate 2 years home from Russia. Jacob arrived home November of 2012 at the age of 13 months.
