Home made slow combustion fireplace / Foyer à combustion lente
Home made fireplace made of 1/4 inch steel plate on top and bottom and 3/16 inch plates for all the other component. Has a removable ash tray and a second stage burning chamber. Installed it in my hunting camp.

Adding a Thermostat to a Mr Big Buddy Heater

Modification made to a Mr Big Buddy Heater to add a solenoid controlled by a Thermostat. What is different in this setup is that I added a Y valve so it can still work without a battery. The operation of the heater solenoid is very quiet (a must when hunting). Make sure to use soapy water to test all connections before use. Works great!

I built a digital infrared belt temperature gauge for my son's Can-Am Maverick. Using a MLX90614ESF-DCI IR sensor and a seeeduino XIAO microprocessor.
