I like the Warning. But. The thing is. You could replace the Warnings bassist Ale and drummer Pau with Misa and Akane from Band Maid and play their songs no problem. But their bassist and drummer could not play Band Maid Songs. If you think Pau could play Black Hole at 220bpm you’re high on crack. Same with Ale. Misa has a dozen songs in which she switches from pick to pop n slap back and forth effortlessly in time without her hand leaving the strings. And some where she finger plucks and pop and slap. It’s ok if you like them more. I don’t even need to mention lead guitar with Kanami involved haha. Those are just facts.

I realise it's a joke but he's happily married to violinist Ann Marie Simpson-Einziger with four kids. She's one of Hans Zimmer's regular studio musicians for film scores and has also toured with Steve Vai amongst performing with many other high profile acts.

Got the Steve Vai DVD "Where the wild things are" where Ann Marie is playing with Steve Vai and fellow violinist Alex DePue (who sadly passed away in January 2022). One of my favorite CZcams videos is Ann Marie Calhoun playing "Phish Fiddle" in front of a fireplace, with her brother accompanying her on guitar. She goes absolutely wild in the second part of the song. An amazing musician! What a small world. Thanks for the information!
