Boots & Crampons is an award winning adventure and mountaineering company based in India, led by a dynamic team of passionate and experienced young climbers. We specialize in expeditions to Mt Everest, Mt Kosciusko, Mt Elbrus, Mt Aconcagua, Mt Kilimanjaro, the “7 Summits”, and other renowned international and domestic peaks, as well as unclimbed peaks in extremely remote regions. We have a well trained and illustrious team to lead expeditions on multiple continents. We also provide education and training for climbers who aspire to become self-sufficient, aware and respectful of the local culture, stewards of the environment, and for whom safety is the number one priority in all climbing endeavors. Boots & Crampons also organizes Trail Running events and adventure camps for kids.

Congrats on the summit!! Enjoyed the short documentary. I wanted to know : 1. The level of fitness needed for 6000mts. 2. Did you/any of your crew use oxygen cylinder for final sumit day? Currently i can squat 60kg & bench 70kg for 10reps. Cardio is a bit weak, i can probably cover 5km in 40 mins.
