Some People felt Larry could win this and when you see what Larry did after this fight it's a much better win than some people like to downplay. Larry had only lost to one man before Tyson in Spinks and went 4 years undefeated after the Tyson fight beating a prime Ray Mercer who'd just destroyed Tommy Morrison in 5 rounds the fight before Larry. That win earned him a shot at then Champion Evander Holyfield in 1992 aged 42. Holmes gave Holyfield a tough 12 round competitive fight, losing on points. The Tyson fight was over 4 years before that so personally I think it's a very good win over a legit ATG. Interesting to see Spinks there say Larry can win and that Tyson maybe ducking him.

He became arrogant, overly aggressive towards people and egotistical. However, I don't think he sexually assaulted Deseree Washington. Especially given the fact that she had once before made similar accusations against one or two other guys. Evidence/Testimony of which was disallowed from Tyson's trial.

This guy is the perfect politician, especially in America. The king of double speak, who tugs at spiritual, racial and national heart strings, matched with an infectious laugh to invoke an intellectual and emotional response drawing people to him. He is a magnetic force that lacked any real moral substance or integrity often dabbling, prodding with verbose diction in attempts to penetrate past a skin deep superficial level, but people quickly figured out that he lacked generous or genuine intentions. His moves were calculated to gain trust or favour with whoever he could sway to gain financial or political advantage over. Long live the Don, but deceit and cunning can only get you so far when it's backed up by false positives, ill intentions but most importantly a disingenuous heart.

I didn't know that other accounts. Beside the referee the referee was off 14 count. And then there was a nine count then he stood up. Same thing with Mike the counter isn't wrong. It's a professional account and then the account by the referee was off on both fighters. But I think Mike Tyson said the right words he wasn't going to take nothing away from Douglas. Any kept saying he's looking forward for a rematch. You didn't hear that come out of Douglas's mouth. In my opinion Douglas got very lucky that night. Mike Tyson was being modest he didn't want to come out and say yeah I didn't find a great fight. And he wasn't himself that night. It clearly shows that Mike Tyson wasn't fighting his fight.
