The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board’s (Board’s) mission is to protect the rights of employees and employers by ensuring the proper delivery of benefits and by promoting compliance with the law. The Board administers workers’ compensation, disability benefits, and Paid Family Leave. We have nine district offices across New York that service customers and stakeholders throughout the state.
