Tally Ballon by does move into you hallway in front of you just can't see it because on the switch edition there is a mod which let's you which animatronic is where without checking a specific camera and it says Ballon boy appears in both hallways you just can't see him in the one in front of you then he moves into the vents to steal your double a batteries
