Thank u Carlos u literally made me reconsider, but i have hiatal hernia with so annoying esophagitis that wont go away and its been 7 months already with that annoying feeling of something stuck in my throat that sometimes cause me a shortness of breath! i heard about partial fundoplication, would u recommend that? I also regret having fundoplication surgery. 3 months ago Still having food getting stuck in my esophagus. Gone to emergency twice. They actually thought I was having a heart attack. I was given a angiogram only to discovery my heart was in excellent condition. The pain was excruciating for 2 days. The pain was excruciating fortunately I haven't had an episode for three weeks now so I'm hoping things will get better over time.

you took so many antibiotics before. pretty sure that's the main reason that causing all the imbalance in your gut. you can try google about the side effects of antibiotics.

What is the best way you get your fiber??

That is some really good results. Be happy 😃. Don’t stress too much on the dietary fiber, it’s important but difficult for majority of people to get the recommended 30-35 grams of daily fiber needed just from food. So yes increase your fiber intake from the foods you consume but many add a fiber supplement to assist.

Ive recently just had a Nissen Fundoplication and a 4cm Hiatus Hernia repair, i was 86kgs and now im 70kgs, so in 9 weeks I’ve lost 16 kgs, I done a liquid diet for 7 days and then soft foods for a few a few weeks , but then because I lost 6kgs in the first 10 days I got a little concerned so I started eating normal foods to try and not loose anymore weight , but unfortunately I found swallowing and portion sizes very difficult. I can’t eat no where as much food as before. I feel full after eating a fist size portion of food. I do feel so much better after the operation and loosing this amount of weight has been a god send but I must admit, loosing this amount of weight rapidly was scary. I just hope this doesn’t all come undone. Good luck to anyone else going through this 👍

Ive been suffering for 3 months now, redness and scaley skin on the tip of my penis, doctor prescribed clotrimazole cream 1% it doesnt do anything but cause the area to get red, I was then prescribed Desnoide cream (has hydrocorisone in it) to apply once at night and it seemed to be working initially but now it is not, please help what can I do or what cream or pills can I be prescribed to help? I sleep with a fan blowing on the area and it seems to help but after work its red again

I'm part of several Nissen Fundoplication support groups on FB (including a Nissen Takedown group), and no one reported any negative experiences with him. He also has hundreds of great reviews on his website. If you are still suffering, I wonder if he could help you. I haven't had the surgery yet myself, but I'm considering it with him. Man, I’ve suffered from gerd for years and I have bad breath :( I have a hiatal hernia, barret esophagus, gerd and LPR. It makes my mouth so dry no matter what I eat or drink, it’s destroyed my life since I was 15-16 and I’m only 23 and I want to commit suicide bro :( Tired of suffering every single day, I even dropped out of college because I was so embarrassed cuz of my breath and how constantly I had gases and stomach pain.

All they do in er room is make sure your not dieing. your specialist can help you more, who ever did your surgery.

Hello maybe i can help in someway i had nissen fundoplication 9 weeks ago. I find that 5 lil meals a day helps me istead of 1 or 2 big meals you have to remember it take a few yrs to completely heal. Also Protien drinks in between .
