That wind catcher is going to catch more than wind, and cause you a problem is you ever use it for its intended purpose. As for trimming the front guards, first consider how often you want to repair stone chips in your quarters. having said this , it does look great.

Good work Das, like the rocker box conversion fastening through instead of the retched clips. I was thinking the O ring maybe could have gone on the studs inside the pan? Anyway, as long as they stop the leaking it'll be fine. The sound is 100% better now you have a mic. Looking forward to seeing the new shop.

You need four tennis balls set on top of each garb and when it runs at 1200 rpm carbs are perfect

Dual carbs are great but have you thought of putting a single carb on it?
