Many years ago I was talking to a priest, casually and he asked me if I wanted to go to confession. We were riding a city bus at the time. I said I wasn't ready. I "thought" that I needed time to reflect etc. So, I refused his invitation. I said "No". I'll never forget the look on his face. He was devastated. I still remember that day and wish I had just followed through and went.

Jesus said,' Take this bread and eat it; this is my body.” Then Jesus took a cup and thanked God for it and gave it to the followers saying, Drink ye all of it; for this is my blood of the new testament. Jesus IS present in every Holy Eucharist in every Tabernacle and in every Church where the Exposition of the Holy Eucharist is shown and virtually also, if a person cannot travel to a Church where the Holy Eucharist is exposed. Also through demonic deceiving influences, they say that Peter's successors also teach that they can pray to others who have died (spiritual adultery). They have rejected the truth and accepted a lie. On the lie they have built more lies. You cannot build truth on lies but can only build only more lies. Truth has to be built on truth. 1Corinthians 3:11 For no one can lay any foundation other than what is being laid, which is Jesus Christ.

Great video, but I’m not sure that you accurately represented the classic Protestant position. I think a lot of Catholics look at sola Scriptura and think it really means Solo Scriptura, a la American evangelicalism. In truth, the Protestant position is that Scripture is the bar to which our traditions must be judged. Protestants accept all sorts of traditions as authoritative, but those traditions are sourced or derived from interpretations of Scripture. Take the Trinity as an example. Never spoken of in Scripture directly, but is a dogma formed from the interpretations of scripture. Or even the Protestant canon of Bible. Now of course we accept the tradition passed on from the Roman Catholic Church in most part, but do not include the Deuterocanon. Why? Well, some of the earliest fathers like Athanatius did not include the deuterocanon. In addition, tradition states that the deuterocanon is good for reading in the church but not on par with the rest of the canon. So you see, Protestants do in fact view Tradition as authoritative, but with all things, tradition must be subject to the Word of God

This is what I love in being a Catholic. God is very forgiving. I even forgot and got stuck in the middle of my act of contrition. The priest said it’s ok and I can pray it on my own.
