Job Vlog : Stone Tinting to a property in Sussex
Tinting to natural stone and mortar of a new extension to a private property in Sussex.
Obviously, the new stone didn't match so we have attended site to match and blend all the new stonework to match the adjoining original stonework.
We had to adjust the tint for both elevations as the stonework of the original property had weathered and aged differently on either side but that was no problem.
We also tinted the mortar to match as well.

Is there a faster way of doing this other than using a brush? I have a brick house and the brick has faded over the years, it was built in 74.
U can buy or rent a paint spray....but consider u'll have more control of the spray/splatter with the brush. U don't want all on the the walkway or place other than the intended area
To time consuming, painting by brick always stain bricks paint peels after 4-5 years.
Looks like your house caught a fire before, definitely looks bad after staining.

Lowes, or home depot, these are the two stores I use.

Hey there, The various stain colors and technique used to blend the new brick with the *old* is spot on, great job!!! I had never heard of staining bricks before, it seems like the smart way to change the color...
