@WIGTRON5000 kick-ass, fast, ridiculous cars are awesome. From a built '79 Honda CVCC, to a AWD twin-turbo'd 1,000hp+ R34 Skyline, a '68 Charger R/T rockin' a Hemi big-block, or a totally stock '69 442 W-30, even a Lambo Murcielago.... BAD-ASS CARS ARE JUST THAT! BAD. ASS. CARS.

Imports and domestics were made to do COMPLETELY different things. To try and compare them is redundant, like comparing apples to steak. @j0yki113r yea but a 1000 hp charger will leave the line a lot harder then a supra will, i have seen a lot of supras w/ 1000+ hp only run in the low 9's you would only need about 800 in a charger to run the same times.standards just cant out run an automatic.
@WIGTRON5000 I'm like you i love both domestic and import, but if i were to build a hot rod it would be a classic muscle car because you can make horsepower for less money, imports is a little too rich for my blood.also nothing beats the sound of a hopped up big block v8, there is no better sound in the world, hearing the rough idle of a big cam just sends shivers up my spine with excitement.

I've seen far too many over-confident guys with well-built domestics get EATEN by say a EK Civic hatch (to mention 'a' import) rocking a barely street legal, strip ready, 1/4-mile machine putting 800hp+ on boost to the pavement. Cubic inches doesn't always solve the who can get to the finish line quicker debate. Each kind of car is made for a different purpose, and fast cars, regardless of pedigree, kick-ass.
