Let me break this down for you. Forget @0:00 to @2:48 That's just noisy edit of "careful driving" on slow sections of road. Somehow the feed drops out and they finally catch up the F40 pulled over for no reason already stopped and parked. Let's do some wild guessing, the camera car lost sight of a speeding F40 and finally caught up and kept going like "nothing to do with me". Or the camera car saw everything and edited that bit out.

first off, i'm a diehard lamborghini fan..yet even i know that the aventador will not beat the agera-R...both gorgeous cars...just imagine if the 'segg could hook up like the lambo does from a dig...the agera-R is scary quick and powerful..i would buy the LP700 first, but have incredible respect for ANY koenigsegg model...want to see an actual 1 mile drag race between the AGERA-R VS VENOM GT...would be epic.
