I went to the salon almost three weeks ago. Worst experience I ever had. My hair looks like Mo Howatd of the three stooges. For $355 I would have thought I would have gotten exactly what I wanted. I contacted the salon owner who assured me I would get a full refund. After not receiving it her answer is she did everything she could. She did nothing my hair is gone. And the refund she promised isn't coming either. Inexperienced hair dressers with a hefty price tag to ruin your hair. Ran across another gal who had her hair ruined and paid 500$ with only a partial refund. This buissness should be out of buissness. No.integrity or class. Scam shop.
