What time of year did you go it looks very quiet as I want to go 2025, not been to Florida for an long time as plan to go to Kennedy space centre as well , as was looking at cabana bay to stay in universal , maybe where you stayed as well, last time I went I went to Toronto Canada 🇨🇦 in 2019 and did Niagara Falls, and Niagara on the lake , now mortgage is paid off I can go to the USA 🇺🇸 every year now, got New York on my list .

Glad you had a nice time! Not the best of days for availability though but at least you managed to get on the awesome Alton Manor - that was the newly reimagined Haunted House (changed from the Duel shooter ride). This season should be better with Hex and Nemesis back open again. It's very easy to compare Universal and Disney with Towers because they are the most popular of the respective countries but in my mind to some extent it's unfair to do so. The Universal-scale budgets are just not there for Alton Towers (as a comparison, I read that Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey cost in excess of $200 million, whereas Wicker Man cost about £16 million). For the budgets Towers gets, it does everything very well. A fairer comparison to Towers would be the smaller Six Flags/Cedar Point style parks. Two of the best times to visit Towers is Oktoberfest in September and the Fireworks in November (8th, 9th and 10th this year). I've got videos of those events on my channel if you fancy a look!

Only time I go alton towers is for bonfire night. It’s unreal! But I have to stay over night because I can’t stand country roads at night and them country roads getting there are brutal 😅

RP looks beautiful! I almost booked it for my May trip but ended up going back to Sapphire Falls. I’m doing a solo trip next fall and plan on staying there then 😃. People actually workout when they’re on vacation 🥴 I consider the 10 miles a day in the parks enough of a workout 😆

Hey, I've experience the rides and attractions that malfunctioned. But look at it like this. Cell phones lose signals, power goes out during thunder storms. The moral of the story; It happens.

I was crying like baby the whole way through, but I did it for my sister who didnt wanna ride it alone. I overcame my fear of big rollercoasters that day, now I just wish I could do it again. Well done for facing your fears and gaining this accomplishment. :)

My partner had anxiety and we once sat there by the unused theatre in Islands of Adventure 😊 it was a nice peaceful space except there were ants everywhere so we just couldn’t sit still 😂
