I got a 500 Bafanger on the way. The OG controller is going to stay in the box. Do you think you could handle 1500 watts of sine wave? I'm not looking for top speed I want that acceleration! The shunt mod is out of the question. I don't trust it.

I have a ghostcat f3 1500 watt, I want more speed and want to do something similar.

I'm currently building my 4th ebike & this time I'm doing a full suspension bike using a very rare frame I've managed to get. It's a BeOne Hornet Plus frame with Manitou front & rear suspension, 26" Mavic front wheel & a rear 26" 250w stealth hub motor, with a 35ah controller, also a Bafang BBSHD mid-drive, 52v 28.8ah battery & dual splitter for power supply enabling me to use which motor i want at the time 😊

For the record, higher voltage does add a little bit more heat but most of your heat comes from your amperage. Generally speaking you're better off increasing your voltage than increasing your amperage. High voltage is the future.

I’ve always liked this Super73 frame to bad it doesn’t have real suspension, the frame like all Super73’s are very customizable! Nice clean build by the way

Hey man I have a upp 72 volt 40 amp hour 288 watt hour battery like you said it costs around $700 some dollars and I'm trying to find a frame that will fit into so will it fit into the super 73 RX frame

I want to install that controller on a 52v 20ah 40amp with a 1500w motor. Do I need a power source other than my display and existing throttle? I see your throttle have a key and seems to be connected to a power source. My bike throttle connects to the controller with no other power source.

Hey man. Not sure if you know this but if you jump the 3 speed connector on that controller you can get speed 3 or speed 1 depending what you short out. Default is speed 2.

What lcd displays will work with dis controller

I bought one about a year ago, but just used it for the first time this morning. It's awesome. I already bought another one for an upcoming build.

If you use the throttle with the speedometer..what wire do you connect from the controller to the throttle to get the speed??

Yeah one direct drive rear motor doesn't have the torque for stuff like this. I know this is a year later but the grin fat bike rear hub can probably do it now. But either 2 direct drive motors or a geared hub in the rear.

You're the first reviewer, I've EVER heard say this bike had a hard time on hills. I've actually heard them all say it was one of the best on the hills in particular. I'm shocked. I've even gone back as far as a year. You may have a lemon..😮

I'd be mostly worried about the tires if anything because they're not ready to go that fast unless you got different than what it came with

How many amps is the controller?

I really want this one I just can't justify the price for the power and range output despite it looking really cool. If it was 1800 absolutely, but for the price. I think the battery should be at least thirty amp hour, and 1500 watts, and 40 amp controller 😂 You can get two bluetran lightning 72volt 32ahLG battery and 5000watts 50 mph.scooters for the price of this.

Wait I lost the part how you powered on your display? So all you need is the white wire connected to stock controller? Is the display connected to the stock controller or new controller? What is powering on your display? I don't see the stock controller plugged into any battery.

This seems pretty straight forward. I have 630 miles on my DRT and I really want to give it some more power and speed. Would there be ANY benefit in JUST upgrading the controller to that 60v-72v controller or do you also need the battery? Does seem like the cheapest option to upgrade it.

That funny ...no one on super 73 wants to jump it ...even though they advertise it jumping .....we all know why ...because that bike will pancake ...

that fall dident look bad at all from angle your at ..most never reacted they thought it was easy tumble .....not till moved over to edge and then you can see it quite big drop and nasty looking drop ....he done well come out ok from that ......others slow reaction was illusion that was it just couple inch ...

Love your spark bafang emtb. Even with owning 72v hub drive ebikes that go over 50+ mph. My favorite is still the BBSHD mid drive emtb.
