On the first day of the Mckenzie Methods Scenic Rim camp athletes were given handicapped times and released based on their current fitness and running abilities. The leader must hold onto the Go Pro. The first person to make it to the top of the mountain wins the title and bragging rights as King or Queen of the Mountain.

We couldn't have asked for better weather and the water was perfect temperature for a little swim while we take in the beauty and raw power of the falls.
