Located just beyond the ski resort village of Villars-sur-Ollon in French-speaking Switzerland, Aiglon's campus of over 30 buildings is itself a small village high in the Alps at 1'258m. Spirited, independent and a not-for-profit organisation, Aiglon’s aim toward the balanced development of mind, body and spirit works to create a principle-driven environment where students and teachers alike are encouraged toward academic excellence, pursuit of physical challenge and the learning born through a deeply international culture.
Robotics at Aiglon
In recent months, Aiglon College has significantly expanded the robotics and robotics engineering programmes available to students.
The maker-space is a hub of innovation, where students dive into the world of robotics and bring their ideas to life.The school encourages students to join competitive robotics teams, participating in competitions like VEX Robotics and the FIRST LEGO League. Competition adds a whole new dimension, and is amazing fun.
Beyond the classroom, the student-led activities flourish. From web development, 3D design and engineering to robotics engineering, the coding club, and even eSports, students have the freedom to propose and develop new activities.

Aiglon College welcomed over 400 participants representing 15 international schools to compete in the two-day Aiglon Cup in our local ski resort of Villars-sur-Ollon. Having now visiting the New Belvedere House this past December, I can now boldly say to everyone associated with this project...a BIG well done! You have made all of us former Belvederians very proud. I began my Aiglon life in the 4th form as a boarding student in the original Belvedere in 1965, under the watchful eye of Terrence O Hara, our (then) House Master, and of course JC, our founder, Belvedere was a great house to begin my life at Aiglon, and afterwards, I more easily adjusted to dorm life in Clairmont and Delaware. May the strong 'Spirit of Belvedere' be forever strong.

The old Belvedere TV room was small, danky, and full of graffiti - and it was great! Not this sleek look! We were in bunk beds and everyone signed their names on the planks. You could see the generations on those planks... That's what Belvedere was. I hope there's a place in this new house the boys can make there own.
