1. Salary is not an issue , as in other dept there is fixed percentage in contractual work , which is more than Bro je will ever earn by selling cement or diesel 2. Ration is of low quality , u will probably be nutrition deficient or die from high cholesterol food 3. U only need so many leaves when u r away from home , so again needless point of having so many leaves , stay close to family by working in yr home state 4. Accomodation is shit , and that too has to be shared in some cases , worst point of all 5. For Medical facility get a health cover , instead of depending on MH 6. Again Canteen is used when u r in so much isolated area , Again needless Over all its a waste of time job , yes the salary is good , but personal life is zero , no career skill or progress will happen over time as the work is too much and of mediocre level ....it's better to work in private firm (if govt job doesn't get) , and struggle, atleast there is opportunity to learn n grow ...also , if u got posted in high altitude there is high chance of death due to extreme weather and low oxygen 💀
